What’s Happening Here? An Update

May 16, 2015

a-life-un-styled-celebrate-the-little-thingsIt has taken me about five years of blogging to feel confident about my online brand and persona. I’ve found my voice and a process and approach that allows me to remain true to who I am and still create content that, I hope, is relevant and inspiring for you. Two days before leaving New Zealand I decided that I wanted to move my blog over from blogger to word press and self-host. I reached out to a few people but didn’t get replies quick enough (I was adamant this would get done straight away). Armed with determination (and an element of stubbornness) I decided to tackle the move myself.  A couple of really late nights and lots of patience I finally did it. I’ve moved all the posts over and I’m slowly fixing formats and checking links, slowly all the posts and comments will be available again. I wanted to thank you all for your support over the five years. Some of you have been around from the very beginning and I couldn’t be more grateful or humbled. Many of you have become instant friends, people whom I feel like I’ve known for much longer. Each of you have made an impact on the person I am and in my decision to continue to strive for excellence and to push the boundaries of what I think is good work. I’m taking a few days to enjoy being home in Fiji. I’ll be blogging for Fiji Fashion Week and just using the time to recharge and regroup. Today I gave in to some persisting insecurities and sought the help I need to address a few vulnerabilities and hesitations. There are some really exciting posts that I cannot wait to share with you but for the moment I just want to enjoy the milestones in blogging that I’ve been able to achieve with your help and support.

My gratitude, always x
